The Rio Ancho
- .5 oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
- .5 oz Giffard Apricot
- .5 oz Cocchi Americano
- Stir for a few seconds until chilled
- pour into flute
- top with sparkling wine of your choice
- add 1 bar spoon of Luxardo cherry syrup to sink to bottom of glass as garnish
Bartender notes: This could work as a specialty cocktail at a wedding since it is served in a champagne flute and has a fancy party vibe!
