The Rio Ancho

  • .5 oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
  • .5 oz Giffard Apricot
  • .5 oz Cocchi Americano
  • Stir for a few seconds until chilled
  • pour into flute
  • top with sparkling wine of your choice
  • add 1 bar spoon of Luxardo cherry syrup to sink to bottom of glass as garnish

Bartender notes: This could work as a specialty cocktail at a wedding since it is served in a champagne flute and has a fancy party vibe!
